apparently this 2 minute video (watch it 2 posts below. you won't be sorry) is an exerpt of a 20 minute short called 'Dogway Melody' - which is a spoof performed entirely by dogs in costumes of a movie from 1929 called 'Broadway Melody'. the 'Dogway Melody' short is allegedly an extra on the DVD of 'Broadway Melody' and includes dogs performing such hits as some al jolson number, as well as Singin in the Rain by Gene Kelly. ben has ordered the dvd from netflix for me so i will be sure to post here if this fantastical rumor is true!
